Ask Claude, Codex or any MCP client about your own runs

Your runs between two dates. One run in full, with its mile splits. The laps your watch recorded. A run's elevation, heart rate, power and cadence. Every interval workout in your history. Runs that match a distance and a climb.

Nothing, until you say so. A Read token reads your own runs and nothing else. With ourpr. create, a Write token can also put what you ask for on your week as a plan. A run, or a week of them, on days still ahead. The day sheet says it came from ourpr. create, and Edit removes it in one tap. No token can log a run, make another token or revoke one.

Go to Profile, Settings, ourpr. mcp, and tap New token. Name it for the computer it lives on. Choose Read, or Write with ourpr. create. Copy it once. ourpr. does not show it again. Then paste the command into Claude Code, or open the ourpr. bundle in Claude Desktop and paste the token when it asks.

On your computer, in the app's own configuration. The server runs there and talks to ourpr. with the token. Your token never goes into a chat.

90 days. Then it stops, and you make a new one. You can revoke any token at any time from Settings, and revocation is immediate. Clear removes the revoked and expired tokens from the list.

Yes. Every new token sends you a notification. If you did not make it, revoke it.
