Acceptance of Terms

ourpr is a service of Cordonate Labs LLC, a Texas company. By accessing or using ourpr ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

ourpr is a running platform. It keeps your running history, draws your training, and maps the places you run. You can import your own data export, log and plan runs, read published courses and trails, and share a run, a training block, or a week with people you choose. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

Strava Integration

ourpr no longer builds on Strava, and new work goes into importing a data export you own. Existing connections still work. If your Strava account is connected, you:

• Grant ourpr read-only access to your running activities and related data
• Understand that your Strava data is used solely for display within your personal dashboard
• Acknowledge that we do not write to, modify, or share your Strava data with others
• Agree that Strava's terms of service and privacy policy apply to your use of their platform
• May disconnect your Strava account at any time, which will revoke our access to your data

Strava is a third-party service and we are not responsible for their policies, practices, or service availability.

Your Data

Your runs, photos, records, and everything else you import or enter stay yours. You give us permission to store and display them so that the Service can work, and to show what you choose to share with the people you share it with. That permission ends when you delete the data or your account.

• You may export everything at any time, from your history
• You may delete your account yourself, at any time, from Settings
• We do not claim ownership of your data and we do not sell it
• We do not use your training data to train or prompt an AI model

You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload. The Privacy Policy says what we collect and who else handles it.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Cordonate Labs LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you provide to us, including your runs, photos, plans, and records.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ourpr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
