Your running data is yours

Bring your runs in from the export you already have. ourpr keeps every one of them. One button exports all of it again.

What can you import into ourpr?

A Strava bulk export. A Garmin account export. A Coros or Suunto export. Any GPX, FIT, TCX or CSV file. Apple Health exports do not import yet. You can also log a run by hand, or photograph your watch and check what it reads.

How do you export your data from Strava?

Request the archive on Strava's account page, under Download or Delete Your Account. Strava sends a link by email, usually within a few hours. Download the ZIP and drop it on the ourpr import page. Strava allows one export a week.

How do you export your data from Garmin?

Request the export on Garmin's data management page. Garmin sends a link by email. Download the ZIP and drop it on the ourpr import page. A Garmin export holds no photos. A Strava archive is the only source for those.

What happens before the upload?

Your browser reads the archive's table of contents and counts the runs before anything uploads. Nothing leaves your device until you confirm. You choose what comes with you: the runs, the photos, or both.

What does ourpr keep?

Every run as its own record, with its route, its splits, and its height and time at every 10 meters. Your photos, with their thumbnails. Your routes, your plans, your blocks and your records.

Can you export everything?

Yes. One button on your History page builds a ZIP on request. It holds every run as a GPX file, and every activity as CSV and JSON files. It holds your splits, your records, your routes, your photos, and a list of everything in the ZIP. Anything that came through Strava's API sits in its own folder, apart from the files you own.

Can you delete your account?

Yes, from Settings. It deletes your account and everything ourpr holds.

Does ourpr need Strava?

No. A Strava export is one way in. Once your runs are in ourpr, they are yours to keep and to export.

Does it cost anything?

No. You import, keep and export for free.

Bring your runs in, then compare a stretch across every one of them.
