# ourpr > ourpr keeps all of a runner's runs, from any source, in one place. It imports a Strava or Garmin export, or any GPX, FIT or TCX file, and it exports all of it again at any time. New runs arrive with each new export, or a runner logs a run by hand. A runner's page is private by default; a runner who makes it public gets a page at ourpr.app/@handle that opens with no account. A runner creates routes over ground they have run, reads seven trends from their own runs over any time period or over the block before any race, finds every race they ran with the weeks that built it, reads measured race courses, and plans workouts, including a workout sent to a friend as a link. Runners follow each other, and two runners who follow each other are mutuals. A runner whose runs mapped a published course is credited on its page as a verified contributor. A runner adds ourpr. to Claude, signs in once, and asks about their own runs. ourpr reads runs, rides and gym workouts. The site is https://ourpr.app. Planning is for runs. Rides and gym workouts are read and logged. ## Price ourpr has two paid parts. Everything in the app is free. The page: https://ourpr.app/pricing. - Free: importing, the history, the trends, routes, the course atlas (in the app and over MCP, no account), and planning in the app. - ourpr connect, $5 a month, cancel any time: Claude or another agent reads your own runs. The first 14 days from the first connection are free, with no card. - ourpr create, $10 a month, cancel any time: ourpr connect, and Claude or another agent adds runs and workouts to your plan. - A business that wants the course atlas in bulk or in a product needs a written license (https://ourpr.app/terms). ## Pages - [Plan your running week](https://ourpr.app/plan): How a runner plans a week, builds an interval workout, sets a target pace, sends a workout to a friend, and gets a push the morning of the run. Written as questions and answers. - [Compare a stretch across every run](https://ourpr.app/compare): The stretch instrument. Two handles on a run's route, the climb and the moving pace of the stretch from the run's own record, and every other run over the same ground. A kept stretch becomes a saved route, private, with no leaderboard. - [Create your own routes over your runs](https://ourpr.app/custom-routes): Tap a few points on the map and ourpr joins them along ground the runner has already covered, across every run at once; or cut a route out of one run between two handles. Free. A route can be published: it gets its own page and a link, a visitor sees their own runs over that ground, the owner is told when someone opens it, and the page shows the ground alone, never the owner's runs. Strava's route builder needs a paid subscription; ourpr's does not. - [Seven trends from your own runs](https://ourpr.app/trends): Pace, heart rate, elevation, cadence, VO2 max, stride and strength, each a six-week rolling centre with a ribbon for the middle half, over a year, two years, all time, or the block before any race the runner ran (race week against week one). VO2 max is the watch's own figure and arrives with a Garmin export. Nothing is scored. - [Your running data is yours](https://ourpr.app/your-data): What imports (a Strava or Garmin export; any GPX, FIT, TCX or CSV file, including the files inside a Coros or Suunto export), what the browser counts before an upload, what ourpr keeps, and the one-button export of all of it. - [Every course we publish](https://ourpr.app/courses): The atlas of measured race courses. Each course is a centerline built from recorded runs, with elevation from a public terrain model (USGS 3DEP in the US). - [How we measure a course](https://ourpr.app/courses/methodology): The line, the elevation, the climb rule, the check against barometric records, bridges, refusals, and the calibration table. - [Read our courses in Claude](https://ourpr.app/courses/mcp): The course atlas as an MCP server at https://ourpr.app/api/mcp. The course tools need no account and no token. Seven tools: list courses, one course, its terrain with named climbs, public water and toilets on the line, the route with mile markers and a GPX link, and trail systems. Water means public taps, not race aid stations. The same URL reads a runner's own runs after they sign in. - [Ask Claude about your own runs](https://ourpr.app/your-runs): A runner's own history in Claude. The page opens Claude's Add custom connector with ourpr. filled in (the address is https://ourpr.app/api/mcp/you, which asks for sign-in at connect); the runner signs in to ourpr. once and allows it. It works on the Claude web, desktop and mobile apps, including the free plan, which holds one custom connector. Eleven tools. Ten read: runs between two dates, one run with its splits, the watch's laps, a run's streams, every interval workout, one run's reps, runs that match a distance and a climb, the goal race with the week of its Block and the miles for each week, every race the runner ran with the fastest at each distance, and the plans already on the week. Reading is free for 14 days from the first connection, then needs ourpr connect, at $5 a month. The eleventh puts a planned week on the runner's plan; it needs a separate yes and ourpr create, at $10 a month, which includes reading. Claude gets its own token, never the password, and the runner disconnects it in Settings. It reads what the runner imported, logged or planned; runs from the Strava sync stay out under Strava's API terms, and a Strava export imports in full. For a script or a local server, a personal token from Settings runs `npx -y ourpr-mcp-server`. - [Put your course on your own site](https://ourpr.app/courses/organizers): For race directors. One line of HTML embeds the course card, and every link out of it carries the organizer's code. - [People](https://ourpr.app/people): Find a runner by name or handle. A runner's own list groups the people they know as mutuals (they follow each other), people they follow, and people who follow them. No page shows a follower count. - A runner's page, at ourpr.app/@ and the runner's handle: The public page of a runner who made theirs public: the photo wall, the races they pinned, their records, their trends and their recent runs. Private runs, hidden photos and the first and last 200 m of every run line never show. - [Trinity Trails](https://ourpr.app/trails/trinity-trails): A trail system page. The network from OpenStreetMap, and how much of it a runner has covered. ## Course pages Every course page is at https://ourpr.app/courses/{slug}. The sitemap at https://ourpr.app/sitemap.xml lists them. Each page states the distance, the climb, the named hills with their miles and grades, and the method. The climb figure follows the rule on the methodology page. ## Support - [Support](https://ourpr.app/support): How to reach us. - [Privacy](https://ourpr.app/privacy) - [Terms](https://ourpr.app/terms)
